• “Customer” — Any individual or business purchasing fashion items and apparel.
• “Platform” — our website and system used for selling, packaging, and order fulfillment.
• Product — All goods listed, sold, shipped, or returned through the website.
• Service — Showcase, sale, payment processing, packaging, shipping, and returns handled by the website.

3. Eligibility

To use the website:

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• Designers must comply with all applicable business, tax, and product safety laws.

4. Designer Responsibilities

Designers must provide accurate product information, variants, including pricing, descriptions, and available quantities.

• The platform handles all packaging and shipping services.

5. Customer Responsibilities

7. Role of the Platform

We operate as a marketplace, incubator and fulfilment provider for designers. Designers create and own the products and designers are responsible for product quality, accuracy, and legality. We handle:

• Listing and hosting of products.
• Receipt of customer payments.
• Packaging and shipping.
• Return management and refunds.

8. Product Listings and Pricing

• Designers are responsible for accurate descriptions, images, materials, and pricing of different fashion variants.
• Pricing can change at any time before checkout.
• We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies.

9. Payments

All payments are processed securely through our integrated payment providers. The platform collects payments on behalf of designers and releases earnings to designers according to the payout schedule. Customers authorize us to charge the provided payment method.

10. Shipping & Fulfillment

The platform manages packaging, handling, and shipping for all items. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and item lead times for items not in stock but available on order. Some orders may be delayed if some items are in stock and other items available on order as part of the same order. Those items available on order depend on the lead time that the designer has specified for any such items. Please make sure that you check each item's lead time which will be displayed alongside items available on order. Lead times may change depending on level of orders for the designers, so make sure you check before placing an order.

• Tracking information is provided when applicable.
• Customers will receive notifications for each shipping stage.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather or customs.

11. Returns & Refunds

Customers may return eligible items within the return window specified on the product page. The platform handles all return logistics.

• Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items.
• Certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g., underwear, custom-made products).
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Damage caused by products made by designers.
• Delayed deliveries beyond our control.

• Damage caused by products made by Designers.
• Availability of inventory.

14. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the site for fraudulent purposes.
• Upload harmful code or attempt to disrupt the platform.
• Abuse reviews or messaging.
• Misrepresent identity or product details.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website at our discretion for:

• Illegal or harmful activity.

• Availability of inventory.

16. Platform Rights
